WHEN I CAN EXPECT DELIVERY

At checkout, you will have different shipping options available to you. These
indicate which shipping carriers you can choose from and the time shipping will
take. All Items leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER

If you're expecting a package, please start by tracking the order's location. If your
tracking number has not updated, this can be due to a storm, unforeseen delays on
the carriers travel, or customs delay. To request help initiating a ticket and
investigate the status of your package fill out the form below.

OUR EASY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we
accept an order for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase if
your items meet the following criteria:

1. Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
2. Items must not be washed.
3. Items must have all original tags attached and intact.

Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping and processing cost. All
exchanges are offered at no charge.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Changes to your order (including cancellations and other adjustments) must be requested via email to our customer support team at support@varavasa.com. We are open Monday-Friday and closed on the weekends. If you send a request during a weekend day, please note that you will receive a response from our support team within 2-4 business days.

**While we will do our best to catch your order in time to make your requested changes, we cannot guarantee this.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To check on the status of your order, you will receive an email with a unique tracking code through USPS. You can track that code at this link here and watch your shipment in real time.

ARE THERE SPECIAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BYLT GARMENTS?

To ensure that each piece retains that fresh look and feel, please follow the care instructions on the inside label of each garment. For pashminas, we recommend hand washing with cold water and following up with hang drying.

If you have tracked your package and realized an issue, it's best to contact our support team below. If you received your items and there are missing or damaged items, please list the missing or damaged item along with your order number.
